Welcome to Engage Your Legacy

Transitions are inevitable. We cannot protect ourselves or the people we love from every change, uncertainty, disappointment, or unexpected turn. What we can do is support them as they build the capacity to move through transition with greater clarity, courage, and momentum. That belief is at the heart of my work.

I support young adults, families, and leaders develop the human capacities they need to navigate change without losing themselves. The WARRIOR Flywheel offers a practical framework for defining what matters, adapting authentically, strengthening relationships, acting with intention, and building the optimism and resilience needed to keep moving forward.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience across wealth management, family dynamics, leadership development, education, and transition planning, I work with individuals and families, as well as advisors, businesses, schools, and athletic programs. Together, we ask better questions, access the wisdom already within, and create practical conversations, experiences, and structures that prepare people not simply for one transition, but for a lifetime of them.

Legacy is not only what we leave behind someday. It is what we live, model, strengthen, and set in motion today.

This is where clarity becomes action. This is how we engage our legacy.

What Brings You Here?

TURNING POTENTIAL INTO MOMENTUM

You may see tremendous potential in a young adult with meaningful opportunities who would benefit from greater clarity and confidence in their decisions and direction.

TALENT READY TO CONTRIBUTE

You may be investing in talent while continuing to face disengagement, generational friction, unclear paths for growth, or avoidable turnover.

PREPARE YOUR PEOPLE

You may have prepared financially for the future but want to better prepare the people you love for independence, responsibility, and meaningful participation in family wealth, enterprise, and legacy.

STRENGTHS THAT CARRY FORWARD

You may want to help students and athletes carry the discipline, resilience, relationships, leadership, and sense of purpose they have already developed into life beyond the classroom, campus, or game.

Whatever the transition, the question is not simply what comes next. It is what capacities people need to build now so they are prepared to meet it.

Ways to Work Together

I work with young adults, families, advisors, leaders, and organizations through coaching, workshops, facilitated conversations, keynotes, and customized programs that bring the WARRIOR Flywheel to life.

Each engagement is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the people and circumstances involved. Together, we clarify what matters most, ask better questions, access the wisdom already within, recognize possibilities, and turn insight into intentional action. Each engagement is designed to build the human capacities people need to navigate transition, pursue growth, and move forward with greater clarity, courage, and momentum.

YOUNG ADULTS AND RISING GENERATIONS

I help young adults build the clarity, confidence, relationships, practical skills, and resilience they need as they move from school into work and through the many transitions of adult life.

Together, we explore what success means to them, the values they want to live, the relationships they need to strengthen, and the practical steps that will help them move forward with intention.

FAMILIES AND THEIR ADVISORS

I partner with families and the professionals who serve them to prepare rising generations for independence, responsibility, decision making, leadership, and thoughtful participation in family wealth, enterprise, and legacy.

The work creates space for more meaningful conversations about values, roles, relationships, expectations, and what each generation hopes to live and pass forward.

LEADERS, BUSINESSES, AND PROFESSIONAL TEAMS

I work with leaders and organizations to help people navigate change, bridge generational expectations, strengthen engagement, and build cultures in which individuals can adapt, contribute, and grow.

I help emerging professionals connect personal ambition with organizational goals, build greater clarity and accountability, and create meaningful momentum that helps them perform at a higher level and contribute more fully to the success of the business. Engagements may focus on leadership transitions, talent development, team alignment, succession, and professional growth.

SCHOOLS AND ATHLETIC PROGRAMS

I collaborate with schools, colleges, athletic programs, and communities to help students and athletes carry their discipline, resilience, relationships, leadership, and sense of purpose into life beyond the classroom, campus, or game.

These programs help young people translate what they have already learned into the confidence, self knowledge, and practical capacity to navigate what comes next.

The WARRIOR Flywheel

We cannot protect ourselves or the people we love from every transition. But we can strengthen the human capacities that help us move through change without losing who we are or what matters most.

I created the WARRIOR Flywheel to give people a practical language and structure for navigating transition from the inside out. Each capacity supports the others, helping people build greater clarity, courage, connection, and momentum over time.

Winning Defined Autonomously

Define success on your own terms. Anchor it in your values. Trust your strengths.

Define success from the inside out rather than relying only on expectations, comparisons, or inherited measures of achievement.

Authentic Adaptability

Learn the culture. Respect the environment. Stay rooted in your values. Evolve with intention.

Adapt to new environments, expectations, and roles without disappearing, compromising what matters most, or losing connection to who you are.

Intentionality

Live by design. Build capacity. Choose what matters. Communicate openly.

Make deliberate choices about how you use your time, energy, attention, and voice so your actions reflect what matters most.

Relationships

Create genuine connection. Lead with contribution. Earn trust that lasts. Share joy.

Build relationships grounded in trust, generosity, and genuine connection that provide belonging, perspective, opportunity, and support through every stage of life.

Optimism

Choose grounded positivity. Practice gratitude. Look for the lesson. Believe in possibility.

Face what is difficult honestly without allowing the hard thing to have the final word. Reframe challenges, look for what can be learned, and continue to believe that progress is possible.

Realistic Roadmap

Turn clarity into momentum. Focus your priorities. Align action with what matters. Build consistent systems.

Translate meaningful goals into practical next steps and disciplined action that support steady progress over time.

Resilience

Reconnect to your core. Create space. Lean on your people. Take the next step.

Return to what grounds you, regain perspective, draw strength from trusted relationships, and keep moving by taking the next small step when the path forward feels difficult or unclear.

A Flywheel for a Lifetime of Transitions

The WARRIOR Flywheel is not a checklist to complete once. It is a framework people can return to as circumstances, relationships, responsibilities, and definitions of success evolve.

As one capacity grows stronger, it creates momentum in the others. Over time, people become better equipped to ask their own questions, access their inner wisdom, make aligned decisions, and take ownership of what comes next.

The WARRIOR Flywheel can be brought to life through speaking, workshops, coaching, facilitated conversations, consulting, and customized programs for young adults, families, businesses, schools, and athletic programs.

PREPARING EMERGING ADULTS FOR A LIFETIME OF TRANSITIONS:

How to Build Agency, Momentum, and Well-Being in a Pressure Driven World

Emerging adults are entering a world defined by continuous transition, yet few are taught how to navigate the choices that shape identity, purpose, and wellbeing. Families of wealth and their advisors increasingly recognize this gap as young adults struggle to convert opportunity into direction, self-trust, and momentum. Today’s rising generation faces performance, identity, and existential pressures that can leave them anxious or unsure of who they are becoming. My mother’s death offered a vivid example of a transition navigated with clarity, acceptance, and joy. After a major transition in my life, I wondered how I could help my children develop this capacity as they grew into their identity and direction, not only in moments of crisis. Drawing on 25 years advising UHNW families and studying transition and family systems, I want to help the next generation build agency, coherence, resilience, and compounding momentum to support fulfillment and enable success as they define it.
